Ramp I think you have very well-founded thoughts but it is obvious you are not aware of the Upton situation in Tampa. He pretty much needs to convert to Outfield and with the Tampa Bay's surplus he is almost of no value to them there except as trade bait. Any team taking on Upton is having to take on a project as well, which is never certain.
