Pennington or Garrard?

 

Garrard seems to know how to run with the ball and has maintained a QB rating above 11 over the last 2 games. Hs 4 ints come off a fluke loss to Houston as his previous game against the Miami defence had his QB rating above 120 I think. Pennington has been on a hot streak . . . probably because of the teams he has faced.

 

I also want to give Rex one last chance but I doubt he will do any better than he has
