December 9, 200619 yr ComingSoon.net- With the release of Fox's Eragon (Dec. 15) and Night at the Museum (Dec. 22), you can expect new trailers for some of 2007's most-anticipated movies. (Note: Not all theaters may play these specific trailers with the two films. You can ask the theaters ahead of time, and they should debut online soon as well). Scheduled to go out to theaters with Eragon are trailers for Fox's own Live Free or Die Hard and DreamWorks Animation's Shrek the Third. The line-up for Night at the Museum includes a third teaser for Fox's The Simpsons Movie and the first trailers for the studio's Fantastic Four: Rise of The Silver Surfer, New Line Cinema's Rush Hour 3 and Warner Bros.' Ocean's 13. We have received no word on whether we'll still see new trailers for other big summer 2007 films, like Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End, Paramount/DreamWorks' Transformers and/or Universal's The Bourne Ultimatum. Those could still be attached to other films opening before the end of the year. Link
December 9, 200619 yr I want a new 300 trailer. They 'just' released one either yesterday or the day before. Check the history of comingsoon.net Let me see if I can find it http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=17884
December 10, 200619 yr Author Meh to more than half of those titles. Do we really need another Rush Hour, Ocean's 11, or Fantastic Four? I would agree that we don't need them. I never saw the first Fantastic Four anyway. It has also been 6 years since the last 'Rush Hour', and I have yet to see Chris Tucker in another movie since then. Ocean's 12=sucked.
December 10, 200619 yr I watched Fantastic Four on HBO. I've never seen a movie with worse narrative flow. It was a total paint-by-numbers job--like, they must've gotten together and decided every superhero movie needs scenes A, B, C, and D. Only they got them all out of order, and even repeated scenes A and C twice. It was seriously some incompetent filmmaking. I can't wait for the sequel.
December 10, 200619 yr I really enjoyed Ocean's 11, but the sequel was one of the worst films I've had the displeasure of seeing in a theater. And I know very few people who saw Fantastic Four and none of them liked it. The only reason why Clooney is doing another Ocean's is because he doesn't want that bad taste in his mouth from the 2nd movie. I forget where I saw it, but he (and others) mentioned that they knew they could do better and wanted to have some revenge for their characters.
December 10, 200619 yr Author Bernie Mac should be the one who wants revenge, since his character spent the whole movie in jail!
December 11, 200619 yr Bernie Mac should be the one who wants revenge, since his character spent the whole movie in jail! Yeah, he was in it for a whole eight minutes. Talk about disappointing. I mean, they can do what they want at this point, and these movies are really just a reason for these collective people to get together and hang out, really, but don't expect me to watch. At least when the Rat Pack continued to do this the movies were actually entertaining. Ocean's 12 was the biggest bust I've seen in awhile. Expectations were so high and I was so let down.
