May 2, 200719 yr Can Cape or someone with better knowledge of this than I determine if this news is good or bad for the Marlins stadium bill? With the tax plan negotiations off the table for now, it should give the Senate ample time to hear the bill. But does it take away any bargining power the House could have used on the Senate to persuade them to take up the bill?
May 2, 200719 yr Can't say yet. Still a very tricky bunch of issues. Update from the Tallahassee Democrat: http://capefish.blogspot.com/2007/05/no-pr...ation-june.html All should be fair game in the special session as long as the leaderships of both houses put the ballpark on the agenda. I still believe we could see the ballpark issue settled this week.
