We finally found out who my maternal grandfather's grandmother was on his mom's side. We had never known and he never knew her name. It was just incredible!

How does it work and how can you be sure it is accurate so quickly? We know the names and spouses and children and approximate dates. So, up until about my great-great grandparents we are almost sure that the records we've found match.
