July 19, 200719 yr This Saturday, the Marlins are sponsoring the "Baseball Tomorrow Fund Equipment Drive". It's basically to collect used (or new) baseball equipment you either don't want or need any more. The equipment will be donated to local youth organizations (last year it was to the Boy's & Girl's Club). So, bring those old cleats that don't fit anymore, bats, balls, gloves, bat bags, batting helmets, etc.... to the game at DS. They can be dropped off before you enter, outside most of the main gates. Be assured the equipment will be put to good use! I'll be volunteering at one of the gates (last year I was at Gate F). So drop by & say hi to your MB.com brother.
