Comcast in Broward/S. Florida

So today, Comcast removed HBO on our TVs that DO NOT have a digital box. Before, all TVs had HBO on channels 98 and 99 even if it was just hooked to the wall. Calling Comcast, I was informed they sent us a notice with our July bill. This was not the case. So if I want HBO on all other TVs, I need to rent a digital box from them from now on. In addition, they took away NFL Network off my plan since they moved it to a "Sports Package" for $5.99/mo.

Had to bitch, but has anyone else had this happen to them? It seems ridiculous that they pulled off HBO on the 8th and not say at the beginning of the month. Sorry if anyone reading has family ties to Comcast.

we aint had hbo in the tv's connected to the wall for a while, a year or so. that bothered me but what really pissed me off wsa them making NFL netowork part of a sports package. the NFL took comcast to court but they ruled in comcast's favor, i hear they're appealing though.

with us they sent us notices in those digital messages they send to your cable box, maybe you missed a message?

I was informed about the NFL Network going away from the digital box message. We got something in the mail about increases for certain packages, but that didn't affect our package of just basic + HBO Package. It's a shame. Contemplating DirectTV as much of a pain it would be to install that in a condo building facing South.
