I listened to it again, awesome stuff by Brett lol. What an idiot, he said the guy was a fill in when the guy has been covering the Phillies for almost 30 years.

Who is he? I don't read the Inquirer.

I was actually wondering the same thing, and I read the inquirer. His explanation for it in a local paper... http://www.delcotimes.com/WebApp/appmanage...st_Story_618889

Found it. His name is Sam Carchidi.

Sam Carchidi has been covering high school, collegiate and professional sports since 1975. He has been a staff writer and South Jersey sports columnist at The Inquirer since 1984, writing primarily about high school athletes and professional baseball.

Wow, you guys had me all confused! I thought you were saying that the guy writes for the National Enquirer. Two laughs out of one thread, that's special.

?I chose my words poorly,? Myers said. ?I should?ve called him an idiot. It?s just a word that came out in the heat of the moment. I was a little fired up.

?It was no disrespect to anybody.?

gold

?It was no disrespect to anybody.?

yeah, I guess it doesn't matter. . . . .that he had to be restrained or otherwise he would have beat the crap out of the reporter. The team should suspend him for inappropriate conduct.

Wow, that Brett Myers sure is horrible. Almost as bad as Scott Olsen. Seriously, every team has at least 1 idiot like this.
