Weird year

Featured Replies

My boy Dallas Trahern has had a weird year.

Minor procedure on pitching thumb during Spring Training and now he gets an ingrown hair around his ankle and it gets infected and causes his ankle to swell up so big they put him on the DL for a few days.

Oh well. We've all had those kind of years.

Not speaking from experience here.... but it probably is a big adjustment switching organizations. When you move the "food chain" with an organization, a lot of people dissapear year to year, but you do have many players you know from year to year. To him this year, almost everyone was new.

As I've said before, pitching in Albuquerque is really tough. It's a launching pad.
