Go to maps.yahoo.com and plug in - 1501 NW 3rd Street, Miami, Florida (That's the OB and you should see an old aerial with the OB). and your TO point is 701 Arena Blvd. Where the heck would a baseball stadium, especially one the likes of the rendering, fit in the Arena land? It does have the four parking areas and there are varying places to park but they wouldn't be able to fit, IMHO the stadium in that plot of land. And you have the RR, the adjacent buildings, metrorail. A lot of things would probably have to be knocked down. If that's the only way we can keep the fish in Miami, go for it. But, I don't like this whole "privately" owned crap nor do I believe that Straub has the kind of cash needed to build the stadium or own the Marlins. I am not patient, never will be, so this is driving me nuts. A yes or a no would suffice. J.
