May 21, 200917 yr Who would we have to give up? Probably more than we really can afford to give up. I guess we could ship a prospect but I sure as heck don't want to see us give away part of our future just to try and prop up this crappy team that isn't going anywhere.
May 21, 200917 yr If we were going to make a move for a guy like Penny, I reckon the time for it would have been a couple of weeks ago. Now Miller is back healthy and the latest reports are that Anibal could be back in 2 weeks, so the question is why we would now try and acquire a veteran SP when our top 5 rotation guys are all playing?
