Going to try and keep updated as players are added with trades

Notable new out of options:

Rick VandenHurk

Brett Carroll

Brian Sanches

Now just going strait down the 40 man

Burke Badenhop: 2 options left

Josh Johnson: 3 options left

Chris Leroux: 2 options left

Matt Lindstrom: 1 option left (--I think--)

Cristhian Martinez: 2 options left

Dan Meyer: Out of options

Andrew Miller: 1 option left

Ricky Nolasco: 2 options left

Leo Nunez: Out of options

Renyel Pinto: Out of options

Brian Sanches: Out of options (:()

Anibal Sanchez: Out of options

Taylor Tankersley: 1 option left

Ryan Tucker: 1 option left

Rick VandenHurk: Out of options

Chris Volstad: 3 options left

Sean West: 2 options left

Tim Wood: 2 options left

John Baker: 2 options left

Ronny Paulino: Out of options

Brett Hayes: 2 options left

Alfredo Amezaga: Out of options

Emilio Bonifacio: 1 option left

Jorge Cantu: 2 options left

Hanley Ramirez: 2 options left

Gaby Sanchez: 2 options left

Dan Uggla: 3 options left

Brett Carroll: Out of options (Kinda side note but we kept him down for 25 days. If we only kept him down for 19, he'd have another which would give us flexibility |: I know stuff doesn't really work that way and I don't remember our roster build then but still kinda meh)

Chris Coghlan: 3 options left

Alejandro De Aza: 2 options left

Jeremy Hermida: 3 options left

Cameron Maybin: 1 option left

Jai Miller: 1 option left

Cody Ross: Out of options

Players not on 40 man roster that might be added in the future:

Carlos Martinez: Out of options

Hayden Penn: Out of options

Dallas Trahern: 2 options left

IF YOU SEE ERROR PLEASE POST! This is done with basically third hand knowledge so this is far from being 100% correct.

Why is Tucker down to 1 option if he was never called up this year? He was brought up in '08 but not '09 so shouldn't he still have 2?

It's not a matter of being called up to the majors for options.

An option is used when a player is on the 40 man roster, but not on the 25 man roster. So him not being brought up is exactly why is option was used.

Tucker was placed on the 40 man roster during 08, so his first option was used then. So, since he never saw ML team for us, we had him optioned in the minors for the entire 09 year.

Ahh thanks for the clean up Nny. That makes much more sense.
