Now if I'm interpreting this correctly,  and I think I am,  with the exception of Miggie,  I rest my case.  For the amount of money he's making, he needs to improve,  and maybe he will.  This does however just cover 2 years,  and you don't have to do this,  but to be fair,  this is Stanton's 7th year; where would Miggie fall if you considered his first 6 years agains Stanton's?
