April 26, 200323 yr Double-A Carolina lefthander Sean Fesh leads the minors with six victories in 10 relief appearances. Fesh, a 61st-round pick in 1991, has played in the Astros, Padres, Mets, Phillies, Rockies, Pirates and Marlins systems. He also spent 2001 in the independent Atlantic League. He hasn't won six games in an entire season since 1993, when he went 10-6, 3.61 with 20 saves at low Class A Asheville. He's pitched 18 innings in 10 games and has not allow a single run. Batters have only got 6 hits while striking out 18. He's a veteran who will not take been called up for granted. just a thought.....
April 26, 200323 yr I saw Fesh pitch in spring training this year. While he is "crafty" and is dominating those young double AA players (he is 32). He only throws 85-86 miles an hour.
