El Duque is cheap, he maybe a good addition for the bullpen and I hear that the Marlins are taking a look at him. In need of a fifth starter, the Marlins will take a look at non-tendered Expos pitcher Orlando "El Duque" Hernandez. The right-hander missed all of last season with a shoulder injury.
