there is no #1 anymore because of the parity in college bball. just look at this game: the #1 team is trailing to a unc team that lost to an unranked team earlier this week. march madness will be better than ever now

Woohoo Carolina wins it 86-83. Rashad McCants was great down the stretch for my tar heels. I'm just mad cuz now Duke will take the no. 1 spot in the polls. But what do the polls matter. This is the perfect 100th post for me. GO HEELS!

Oklahoma has been their only quality win of the year so far. Heck, they struggled against Yale, Rice, Rutgers and Georgia Tech. UConn should have never even slipped into the #1 slot. Duke, Wake Forest and St. Joseph's (undefeated and best RPI ranking) were more deserving.

Ucon vs UNC was a great game, i for one thought they were gonna choke but they didnt.....

GO TERPS

I was disappointed in Caner-Medley in that game. He looked like a chicken with his head cut off. Don't get me wrong, he's the beast. The team often doesn't look they have their heads in the game all the time. He was just the main culprit.

 

I was impressed with Bowers yesterday. I think he's a player we could rely on if Smith gets into foul trouble. Speaking of which? Who is this schenscherer guy and how did he completly manhandle the Terps front court?! Even with Ibekwe in the game! Oh well. It wasn't a game that we absolutly needed to win. Wednesday's is. Can't let someone come into our house and steal a conference win. And definetly not Duke.

 

I think the kids will be on campus by then. Could we see them storm the football field again and tear down the goalposts after a basketball victory? Probably not. The new arena is too far of a walk. Still it's been a good 6 weeks since there's been a good College Park riot.
