January 28, 200422 yr According to ESPN Insider Robb Nen might be forced to miss this season and retire if hes shoulder fails to heal. Trainer Stan Conte told the San Fransico Chronicle that if Nen is unable to pitch in Spring training it is unlikely that further rehab will get him on the mound. This is not final yet and only speculation if he cant pitch in spring training. Sad news for a former Marlin, hopefully it doesnt come to that for him.
