January 31, 200422 yr FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE PALM BEACH ?The East Boynton Beach U.S. Little League Champions are hosting a Fan Appreciation Day for its ?Cinderella? counterpart, the Major League World Champion Florida Marlins, on February 2nd, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The event will be held at the Schoolhouse Children?s Museum, 129 East Ocean Avenue, in Boynton Beach. The Florida Marlins had hosted the little league team during the World Series and the Boynton Beach team wanted to reciprocate the kind gesture. ?We invite all baseball fans to attend for the opportunity to meet our little league and big league stars, take photographs with the World Series Trophy, and participate in free drawings & give-aways,? said Doug Dennison, District Sales Manager of The Keyes Company/Realtors, who is helping in sponsoring the event. Special guest appearances planned for the day include the World Series Champion Florida Marlins Coach Jack McKeon, centerfielder Juan Pierre, pitcher Dontrelle Willis, Team Broadcaster Len Kasper, Coach Kenny Emerson and members of the Little League Championship Team, Boynton Beach Vice Mayor Michael Ferguson and Keyes Company/Realtors President Michael Pappas.
