Autographs at Fanfest ?

Featured Replies

Hey this will be my first fanfest. Just wanted to know if all players on the team sign autographs or about half or a select few sign... is it likely that no star players sign autographs at fanfest or is there a good chance Pierre, Willis, Lowell, etc... will be there? Thanks

First of all not everyone will be there. Last year there were authorized signings and then these ad hoc events where a couple of guys would go out and watch some hitting thing or whatever (god I'm being incredibly inarticulate) and they'd sign stuff there too. Lowell was great, so was Ozzie. Penny had his usual, "I'm c**k of the walk" stuff going on. No wonder his nickname is "Duke". Last year my eight year old chased Juan Encarnacion all the way into the clubhouse and caught up to him at his locker. Juan was none too pleased. lolol

If we have good weather, expect a big turn-out, it may be easier to be autographs at ST games where's theres less of a rush and guys are pretty laid back.

Thanks a lot, that helps.... but if the caravan will have Lowell, Pierre, Willis, Gonzalez ... wouldn't it be likely they'd showup to fanfest? Where would they be signing at fanfest... do they have something set up under the tents?
