For all you LeBatard fans....

Recommended Posts

OK here is the gist.

LeBatard will get his own show on ESPN Radio replace the Tony Kornheiser Show. ESPN's Tony Kornheiser announced Monday that he is leaving his daily radio show, broadcast 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on 271 radio stations. His last day will be March 26.

It is possible that LeBatard would be able to get WQAM to pickup the show. His weekend show has Boog Sciambi, Jim Mandich and Hank Goldberg as regular guests and he gets along with the station manager pretty well.

WQAM could have LeBatard do his show live for WQAM listeners from 8-11 am, have it air on ESPN Radio nationally from 11 am to 2 pm on tape delay, and keep Neil Rogers live from 11 am - 2 pm.

WQAM is Miami's ESPN Radio affiliate and he would do the show from their studios if they are involved.
