  1. You can't compare Beltran and Cabrera because they are two entirely different players. Plus he is much younger then Beltran he more then likely has yet to show his full potential yet (which is hard to believe I know.) Both are good players. IMO Cabrera is better Offensively but if you want the more well rounded player in terms of defense Beltran is the man. Just remember. Every other fan in baseball is jealous of what a good thing you have in Cabrera.
  2. Who would you give us in return? I would rather keep him than trade him, but I am curious about what kind of players we could get in return. You'd get an amazing player in Luis... he's tough, plays hard, works the count, gets on base is a great baserunner, and hits for average. 658351[/snapback] White Sox fan here... The most common trade discussed our board is Damaso Marte and Willie Harris for Luis Castillo but knowing our GM he would throw a prospect or two in with them. By the way the Marlins are my second favorite team (I was born in Fort Lauderdale but spent a majority of my childhood in the South Suburbs of Chicago). You have a very nice message board here and I look forward to maybe posting a little more often know that I know they have a site like this.
