Well we're 7th in payroll now, so we hardly have room to talk.

Ricky pitched a lot better than his lined showed and came up with a big hit. After Hanley struck out with the bases loaded I got a little worried because the Rockies looked pretty pumped. Great to see some of the old signs of bell but after going to the game last night I have to say tonic was probably the weakest crowd I've seen this year. Good win. You can attribute the weak crowd to the Heat game. After the playoffs you can just about assure yourself the attendance will be more consistantly around 30k.

FOTG goes to Hanley for me. A pair of RBI hits and a pair of SB's. Good win and I'm happy to see Bell get the save again!

JJ is climbing back. Scary to think how good this team could be with the games best pitcher throwing likes he's supposed to. Well, he's not the games' best pitcher, but yeah. It was bound to happen sooner or later because part of his failures early on had to do with incredibly bad luck. When he's at full strength he is the games best pitcher.
