From the South Side of Chicago to...
Thank you, Florida, for giving 2003 a great ending. You've definetly made plenty of fans here in Chicago. Now let's hope next year, we can get a Marlins-White Sox World Series!

Chicago Media Confident
It's not just the media... I was at a Kohl's that was already selling Cubs World Series t-shirts. Getting a bit ahead of themselves there, I hope. Maybe those shirts will become a collector's item soon...

Just make sure to get him some good Italian Beef somewhere. It's the first thing I always do with people from out of town...

Speechless
I was at Fenway 2 summers ago, the day Ted Williams died. I think the Sox lost to the Tigers or somethin pitiful...anyway, we definitely heard Yankees Suck cheers...and after the game I saw people selling shirts that said stuff like Yankees Suck, Jeter Blows, etc. You'll always find "Cubs Suck" and "Sosa Sucks" t-shirts outside Sox games, and "Sox Suck" and the like outside Cubs games, no matter who the other team is playing. When they play each other, you often see the same people selling both. I think the best seller outside The Cell (our nickname for our stadium) this year was a shirt that had on the front "Sosa 21 Lumber Company" with "Lumber" crossed out and "Cork" written in, and on the back a Cubs logo with "ubs" replaced with "ork". A steal at $10!

Oct - 7 Pick to Click
I was actually leading the WSI picks to click for a while early (mainly by picking Loaiza a lot) before I started to forget and stopped bothering. I'm in tonight, though - Beckett

Check out Propoganda Chicago Media is Printing ...
http://chicagosports.chicagotribune.com/sp...l=cs-columnists This is the JUNK we have to put up with everyday. Worse part, is every cub fan starts believing this, and repeats it verbatim. Help us put a stop to this Marlin Fans. They ARENT lovable. And the World is starting to see the Cubs for what they really are ...... A GOLIATH Organization with Millions to Burn, and ripping off its own fans Don't forget to mention, this was printed in the Chicago Tribune, which OWNS the Cubs. I'm sure there's no coincidence there, eh?

White Sox Fans Back Marlins 110%
Another White Sox fan, jumping on the bandwagon. Be thankful you'll never know the pain of being the second most liked team in your own city... Go Marlins!
