2. Why not just sticky this thread? 643346 you mean like this? 643407 Yeah, so no Mods have to keep bumping the thread.
3. On the side note, Jim Jackson's 11th team. Just 19 teams more to go.
4. We've gotta assume the Lakers are going to go with their holiday/Sunday white alternates but will the Heat go with the ugly red alternates or the nice home blacks? Gee, I'm bored. 641912 You mean away blacks? We're gonna bust out with yellow unis. 642529 The Heat announced that the red jerseys are now officially our away jerseys and the black jersey is now the alternate. 642554 Don't tell me that is true. 643450 Black Heat jerseys are fire. Red jerseys are straight :plain.
5. Hornets trade Wesley to Houston for Jackson, Nachbar December 27, 2004 NEW ORLEANS (AP) -- The New Orleans Hornets, off to a 2-24 start, traded shooting guard David Wesley to the Houston Rockets for Jim Jackson and Bostjan Nachbar on Monday. Wesley played for the Hornets since the 1997-98 season, compiling averages of 14.7 points and 4.6 assists. He is the franchise's career leader in games started and ranks in the top three in 12 other categories. Wesley averaged 13.9 points and 4.2 assists in 26 games with the Hornets this season. ``Jim and Bostjan are going to fit well into our system and should be able to help us with their offensive skills,'' Hornets general manager Allan Bristow said in a statement. ``We're optimistic that the addition of these two players and the return of some of our injured players will give us a great boost on the court.'' Jackson, a 13-year veteran who plays both shooting guard and small forward, holds career averages of 15.2 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.4 assists. The 6-foot-6 journeyman has spent time with Dallas, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Golden State, Portland, Atlanta, Cleveland, Miami and Sacramento in addition to Houston, where he signed as a free agent before last season. Nachbar was selected by the Rockets with the 15th overall pick in the 2002 NBA draft. The 6-9 Slovenian forward averaged 2.8 points and 1.4 rebounds in his first two seasons with Houston and averaged 3.1 points and 1.9 rebounds in 16 games with the Rockets this season. To make room on the roster for Jackson and Nachbar, the Hornets waived injured guard Alex Garcia and forward Lonny Baxter. WHY?! Jackson is a good leader. I hate to see him go but hopefully Rockets do some more moves.
6. He's not full strength. I don't expect him to do much.
7. Is Indy's playoff seed set? If so, Harrison might not play that much.. who knows. 643368 Yeah, they're set at the #3 seed.
8. That's what I was thinking too. Hopefully, Randy Moss and Marvin Harrison will get me alot of points next week.
9. Well, I'm leading by 46 points right now, I should be in the Championship game next week. Who should I start next week? Michael Clayton or Chris Chambers?
