Lillaz, you say DLee has done well before? you may be right, but i dont think you know enough baseball to understand what most on the board are saying.... DLee's stats look good on paper, but when you look at various stats like ops,obp,slg,avg w/risp...... you can see that Derrek Lee is not a very good offensive player at all.....mediocre is the word i am looking for

May 20, 200323 yr Ramp, you are right that the season is riding on these next few days. We are 12.5 games out. The media sharks are circling and the doubters are getting louder. I dont think the Marlins will be able to make up the ground to climb back into the playoff race - but this is baseball. This team is better than it has played, I believe so. I think the Expos have been a little too lucky this year - did anyone see them mess up the infield fly and still win the game? They havent played as tough a schedule as we have either, at least I think. I want to see us bring it for once, and sweep those bastard Expos... :killthemall Marlins, show some f'in heart for a change. I want fire, brimstone.
