March 28, 200422 yr A friend of mine just let me borrow this CD called "Nashville Skyline" which has Bob Dylan and Johnny Cash in a few duets. Incredible stuff...a must own for a fan of either. Anyone heard of this CD before?
March 29, 200422 yr I've heard it, actually back in the day Dylan was Cash's first non-country guest on the Johnny Cash show and opened the floodgate for a bunch of other songwriters/singers that were considered non-country to come onto Cash's show (it became the "cool" thing to do) and attributed a lot of the show's success (even if it was only on about three seasons). Also, Cash's performances on the show helped...
March 29, 200422 yr I haven't heard of it, but I'm sure that it's good. I love Johnny Cash and I think Bob Dylan is cool too so I'm sure I'd like it.
April 1, 200422 yr i got a friend who has the cd on his computer. I listened to Ring of Fire by both of them. pretty good.
