Two New Major Injuries

Featured Replies

Just heard on WFAN, Prior will be out for the season with Tommy John surgery and Nick Johnson will miss the entire season with a thoraic lumbar injury (back). HOLY CRAP! :crying :o :o

Eh, Nick's injury seems a little out there. I'd go to an Expos fansite, but I doubt such a thing exists :lol

yeah, lets pull stuff from the cubs message board. That IS where all the smart people are right?

Prior has an injury, this is fact.

Saying Prior is out till 06 is going a little far don't you think? If that happens, I'll wait for a credible source and not some schmo on the cubs board.

I see nothing online, there is slight mention of NJ's back injury and Prior's arm being "worse than currently known." This morning WFAN revealed both will be missing the whole season.

Maybe they were pranking everyone...

I just put WFAN back on, they just said the same thing they said this morning. I don't know why MLB is lying about it.

you know what, I think I am going to close this stupid thread until a legit source is reporting it.
