Pierre & Castillo

Featured Replies

I do not know the exact stats, but I I know that the Marlins have their best record when both Pierre and Castillo have good games. They are the guys that score runs they kick start our offense. They are the MVP's of our offense and obviosuly not for POWER reasons. If those 2 get on base we will almost always have a victory.

Pierre isn't doing badly, he's been getting on base just staying on first. Luiy is struggling but it is too early to say he is slumping.

Pierre is actually doing very well. His BA is .429, and OBP .500.

Castillo is struggling with a .125 BA. But don't worry, we'll probably see him get it going tonight.

It's only two games. So many more to play. But yes it would be nice to see them both get on base at the same time tonight.

3 things I like about our team this year:

1) Choi doesn't K too much unlike DLee.

2) This year's bullpen throws strikes...they may get teed off upon...but they throw strikes.

3) The Marlins are playing well under pressure.
