Two more incidents in the never-ending fallout of the Janet Jackson scandal:

-Victoria Secret announced this week that they would discontinue their televised fashion show, specifically due to the FCC crackdown on television and radio that has occured since Feb 1st, 2004. They did this under the belief that no network would carry it due to the possibility of costly FCC fines.

-Howard Stern's radio show was dropped from more Clear Channel radio stations, after a total of more than $500,000 worth of fines were levied against the stations airing his show. He responded to this change by calling the FCC's methods 'communist'.
