I personally think none of these matchups won't be exciting as the West. Pierce torched the Pacers last year, maybe he'll do it again this year. Pacers and Pistons are the two teams that have a chance to beat a West team.
April 15, 200422 yr http://smilies.jeeptalk.org i have faith in my heat brothers :thumbup ... but if not go pistons
April 16, 200422 yr My predictions: Indy over Boston in 5 Heat over Hornets in 6 :shifty Knicks over Nets in 7 (gotta have an upset) Detroit over Bucks in 5
April 16, 200422 yr HORNETS IN 5 BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
April 20, 200422 yr Author Two games will be on NBA TV for the next two days. Pacers-Celtics and Heat-Hornets. More people rather watch the West than the East.
April 22, 200422 yr Author The last minute of the Bucks-Pistons Game 2 was crazy. Detroit is the first team to lose it's home court advantage.
April 24, 200422 yr Author Yet the Pacers continue to dominate the Celtics. Pierce can not beat the Pacers alone unlike last year he had Walker.
April 25, 200422 yr Author Celtics and Knicks are on the verge of getting swept. That's what you get for when the NBA has sub .500 teams in the playoffs.
April 25, 200422 yr is anyone really shocked that boston and new york are getting rolled? if anything i am shocked the bucks are doing as well as they are.
April 25, 200422 yr Author I knew the Bucks were going to get atleast one game. I thought the Celtics would atleast win one game and that opportunity came Tuesday (Game 2).
April 25, 200422 yr Author Pacers sweep the Celtics and advance to the semi-finals, now they await the winner of the Heat-Hornets winner. The Nets have the same chance tonight to advance to the semi-finals.
April 25, 200422 yr Wow that was like a total breeze for the Pacers, pretty much a waste of time but that's what happenes when you put a 36-46 team in the playoffs. This sucks for the Heat. Assuming they advance to the 2nd round (they better!)...it's not gonna be much fun. The Heat aren't exactly the best road team out there and playing at Conseco is one of the hardest arenas to play in especially looking at the team you have to face. It would be a very physical series as these 2 teams have never really liked each other. But let me stop jumping ahead here, first we gotta get those Hornets!
April 26, 200422 yr Wow, I didn't think the Nets would sweep. I actually picked NY in 7. *hides face*
April 27, 200422 yr Author Pistons beat the Bucks 109-92. They better wrap the series up on Thursday so the Nets don't have more days off. Pistons will have home court over the Nets for the series.
April 28, 200422 yr Author Pistons can close out the series tomorrow night while the Hornets-Heat will have atleast 2 games ahead of them. If it goes to a game 7, it'll finish next week. :mad :
April 30, 200422 yr Author Pistons advance to the Semifinals. Now they are going to play the Nets and giving them real competiton. Just one more series to go for the East, Hornet-Heat. Winner of that series will play the Pacers.
May 4, 200422 yr Author Damn....the 1st round is too long. Thank goodness tomorrow will be the last day/game of the 1st round. I forgot that the Pacers are even in the playoffs.
