May 7, 200422 yr they fought hard and kept it as close as possible but the pacers were just to much for us. if anything, this team will earn respect from this series.
May 7, 200422 yr Yeah, I think Game 2 will be even better for the Heat. I thought it was pretty good the way they battled. Can't ask for much more. Once Wade start shooting that J, he was tough to stop. He needs to keep at it.
May 7, 200422 yr i wonder if they wouldve given a better fight if they had more time off like the pacers. they really didnt have enough energy to finish that comeback
May 7, 200422 yr seemed to me there were a ton of calls on heat and whenever a heat player would go inside nothing would get called for him
May 7, 200422 yr Yeah I agree with everyone. This game was definitely win-able but we just couldn't hit the shots earlier in the game. We showed that we can contain the Pacers but now we just have to do our part. Even Reggie said that Miami looked tired and were dragging in the 3rd. Looking forward to Game 2 as well.
May 7, 200422 yr Ah, the Pacers aren't un-beatable... sure they are a good team but I think The Heat are going to be tough competition for them... especially since they are given the power of doubt....
