Burnett, Phelps starting > Oliver, Willis starting

Even though Phelps and Burnett have thrown a combined 0 pitches as starters this year.

 

:lol Your scenario has Phelps with a good start and Willis with another awful one. In that scenario I think Phelps will continue in Oliver's spot and Burnett would take over Willis' I had a scenario though.

It's positive day. As starters this year I do think Phelps and Burnett have potential to do better than Willis. Until Willis learns another pitch and stops nimbling I don't think he'll be anymore than a league-average starter.

 

Willis are scheduled to pitch June 2nd so if Phelps pitches well in his next two starts who knows.
