May 30, 200422 yr to 60 minutes... The same with Ted Koppell, Rooney just did a moving tribute to those who died in Iraq, every one of them. It puts a face on what has happened over there where it seems that these deaths are now being pushed aside because of Scandal. Those are the men and women who deserve the attention, who gave everything for their country. I hope this Memorial Day means something to each and every one of you.
May 31, 200422 yr A good friend of mine whom I grew up with is in the army. He joined because he was poor and needed the money for college. Im proud of the guy.

May 31, 200422 yr My grandfather was a B-17 bomber pilot in WWII, and served two tours of duty, even though he only needed to serve one. They really are the greatest generation.
May 31, 200422 yr I'm not a Rooney fan, but that tribute was absoloutely excellent. God bless all of our veterans and those currently fighting for our country this memorial day.
