minus
Back in '93 my parents bought a top of the line 50 inch screen Sony wide screen TV that had Trinitron technology for 5,000.I would suggest to people to wait another year or two buy HD T.V at dirt cheap prices compared to now.You will also benefit by waiting because you will be getting updated technology. CapeFish
Well, when I bought my TV it was either a regular 60" projection TV for $1199 or an HDTV for $1499. DVDs look great and the TV has some features like dual tuner picture in picture and component inputs that the other TV didn't. I had to replace the dying 36" tube TV we had had for the last 8 years, so it was the natural choice.
CapeFish
BTW, SportsCenter in HD is a joke. ESPNHD should be doing the sports in HD, not SportsCenter.
CapeFish
Here is a site set up by the NAB educating the public on Digital Television. http://www.digitaltvzone.com/default_flash.asp Tells you about HDTV, DTV, and your local digital tv stations.
