How Sweep it is!!!

Featured Replies

The White Sox win their 5th in a row today, 2-1, at Minnesota, sweeping the Twins in their own yard and taking a 2 game lead in the division.

The Sox are now 6-1 against the "mighty" Twins in Minnesota, and 7-3 against them overall this season. The South Siders have part 2 of the crosstown classic this weekend against the North Siders.

Me= :D :D :D :D :D

Congrats to the Sox...that's a tough task to sweep the Twins there in the Homerdome.

Oh and on a side note, Johan Santana is really good.

He was unhittable today after the 1st inning, and he now leads the AL in strikeouts. Has great stuff and is an emerging star.

I don't think he even knew it... He was flat out filthy today... The sox had no business taking a win in the game...

Solid performance by Garland, and timely hitting by Lee. I'll take a victory like that any day.
