Okay Okay, so there really is not much of a bright side. But come on guys, it's not time to throw in your towels yet.

As of this minute, we're 3.5 games out of 1st place. That's nothing. We still have 76 more games to play, that's almost a whole NBA season.

I'm aware that our offense, with the exception of a few, has basically sucked this year right up there with the bullpen but right now isn't the time to give up.

Hopefully we can at least get something out of this Mets' series and then go into the All-Star break with some optimism.

I believe we have the talent (except a BP deal) to get back on track, it's just something that's not clicking IMO. Our speed for example has been horrid this year, JP can't steal a base for beans. I don't know what's up with everything.

I'm not trying to be little "yeah lets get em tomorrow!" optimist but if we're true fans like we say we are, we stick with them until the end.

Things are going pretty damn bad right now, but if there is one bright side, you said it....There is still a whole lot of baseball to play.

Last year at this time, we had a very similar record. Only difference was we were already showing improvement. This year has been the other way around.....No worries though. I have faith these guys can turn it around...

Another thing that's hurting us is definitely the surge of our rivals, especially the Mets.

But at least that shows that if those teams can turn it around fast like that, so can we.

Just putting together a little win streak can make the biggest difference.

i went to the game and a ton of outs made by the fish we real hard line drives. hopefully they will begin to hit those balls in the right places.

there should be no excuse for why this team is playing the way they are.

just cause they start hittin the ball doesnt mean s*** if it doesnt count. they cant burn a hole in the palm of the catchers glove an outs an out, and they still get the job done.

IMO there could be a 100 games left, at this rate its pretty much time to pack up and pray for next year.
