Have any of you ever been here? My family goes to St. Petersburg once or twice a year and a couple years ago Admin recommended this restaurant to me. Man, what unbelievable food. My family looks forward to it all year. (Thanks so much for the tipoff, Admin!) We're heading to Tampa/St. Pete for a week beginning tomorrow. So, have any of you all been there before?

Well, I figured that.

We have been faithful Bern's Steakhouse devotees for almost 20 years.

 

The last time we went, the meny changed and the items which we were able to substitute were no longer able to do so. For example, if you wanted Caesar salad with your meal, you could add another $3 per person and get it. Now, you pay the entire price. And other stuff like this. We won't go back.

 

We went to Sam's last year and were very impressed. Great food and reasonable prices.
