I don't think they'll let him ride the bench too much longer. I think they're giving Conine another chance and if he doesn't start to produce soon, we'll see Josh in left field a lot more. If Jeff turns it on, I see them sending Josh back down.

I told you - Willingham was only called up to spell Conine for the time being. He needed rest and he got it. Willingham played solid when he was asked but his real value to this team is NOT as a LF but as a catcher.

 

It makes sense to send him down. We can call up another bat to take over in LF - give me Aguila or Dillon (if he is ready defensively to play LF). We need a 4th OF and since McKeon will never let Nunez play again, that has become even more of a priority.
