Homestand proves new park NEEDS roof.

Featured Replies

well for those who doubted why the new stadium needs a roof this week's homestand proves why. we had 4 or 5 rain delays and one rain out on a seven game homestand. that is why ladies and gentlemen the stadium needs a roof.

:mischief :p i deserved it. :lol :D

And it wasn't even that the games were delayed. Today could have just been played from the start, but the mean looking clouds to the north (from Dade), were plenty enough to keep most people home.

If you cared about the Marlins financial situation and the public's contribution to the project you'd support a dome regardless of this week's rain.
