The Golden Panthers first football game of the season is tonight at 5 on the Sunshine Network. They play Youngstown State. The Jacksonville one was rained out last week by Frances.

i hate football

Nice win for FIU yesterday. Our first road win ever and our first win against a full I-AA scholarship program. Killed two birds with one stone. The team played a sloppy first half and still won, if they work out those first game kinks then we will be very good this year.

I live 5 minutes away from FIU.

That backup QB did excellent, we shouldve won in regulation though, so many missed PATs and missed FGs.

I think we were sloppy because it was our first game and we missed some practice time because of Hurricane Frances. I think if we had played our first game and had a little more practice we would've won by a larger margin, it was obvious we were more talented than them but just made mistakes.
