September 13, 200422 yr This is somehting often overlooked by media and such..We're 2.5 games back, BUT have played fewer games than all the teams ahead of us. We are tied with the giants in the loss column. All we need to do is keep winning, b/c we control our own destiny.

September 13, 200422 yr The Marlins are the best team in the hunt. They have the starting pitching, the bullpen and have enough offense to win games. Plus, they have the best defense and the best team speed. Not to mention that they have been tempered by the race last season. This team is primed and the win today only attests to how resilient they are. A couple DPs dont get made and this game was easily won by the Marlins. But things did even out today. This team is ready.
