September 18, 200422 yr Just wondering, I wanted to see him take one for the team. Last one I remember is early this season where he watched the game on TV smoking a cigar
September 18, 200422 yr What would be the point of getting ejected? The damn umps will never change there minds. There no point to even going out there to argue.
September 18, 200422 yr its dumb to even talk to the umpires. its more beneficial to talk to a rock. even if they know their play was off, theyll stick to it. how rude!

September 18, 200422 yr I would have thrown a chair and broke the umps nose :plain 563043[/snapback] :lol that's wrong but funny
September 18, 200422 yr This game the Marlins lost, plain and simple. The Braves just did what they have always done - played well enough to win. The Marlins didnt execute tonight because they tried too hard in most situations and made themselves succumb to pressure. That is not the characteristic of this team, so that is a good thing. That all said, Jack getting ejected would have been nice - but he should have been made to sit there and watch his team struggle.
September 18, 200422 yr I think Jack should try to get ejected atleast one game. Trust me it really pumps up the players and gets the offense fired up.
September 18, 200422 yr That was a double play ... the runner was out at first, well it looked like it from sec. 102. Plus it was the pitcher who hit that I believe. Run scored too
