The O&A-WNEW incident was the most shocking New York Radio clip since the terrible crash of the WNBC chopper.

 

WNBC-AM (660 khz) was the flagship station of the NBC Radio Network from 1922 until NBC left radio business in 1988. On the afternoon of October 22, 1986 WNBC-AM's N-Copter Traffic Helicopter crashed into the Hudson River killing traffic reporter Jane Dornacker and severely injuring pilot Bill Pate. As millions of WNBC listeners heard Dornacker giving her traffic report she suddenly paused, a grinding noise could be heard in the background and Dornacker screaming in terror "Hit The Water! Hit The Water! Hit The Water!" then the radio transmission was cut off and a very shaken radio host Joey Reynold could be heard trying to figure out what just happened.

What's the big freakin' deal?

 

If it wasn't for big, giant-sized honkers then Pamela Anderson wouldn't have a job. I mean, America makes the boobs into more than they are by trying to hide them or making the boobs into something profane. It's hard to believe, in a country where a movie like Showgirls, which plot is nothing but boobies, does remarkably well and has a cult following that we can do something like charge 550,000 dollars for a peep show. In a country where a movie gets good hype becuase the new Princess in Star Wars is playing a stripper or because that chick from Party of Five gets naked the boobies are suddenly a "bad thing."

 

My question is, would it be NEARLY the big deal it is, if it was a white woman? I mean, there'd still be hooplah, but I'm betting that that 550,000 would be more in the neighborhood of anywhere form 5,000 to 25,000.
