October 11, 200422 yr I just bought the new Interpol cd ... will anyone be buying this ? I cant say if its better than their last masterpiece just yet but then again it takes a couple of listens before you can actually say if its good or not ... just like their last album
October 11, 200422 yr One of my favorite bands yet can't buy it until wed due to lack of cash flow. I'm really looking forward to buying it and it debuted at #15 which is great to see for an independent label. Turn on The Bright Lights has been one of the best albums thus far of this decade.
November 7, 200421 yr Yes, I still think Turn is a better album but Antics is an amazing album. Stays to it's roots but also shows promise for a mainstream breakout without sucking. Plus Next Exit is an incredible song.

November 8, 200421 yr I like Interpol. I listened to Antics a couple times when it was on MTV's the leak. It was pretty good, it seems like it would get better the more I listened to it.
November 10, 200421 yr wow i missed this thread. absolute fave band for a while after Bright Lights came out. It's still constantly in my car CD player. I hope this album doesn't disappoint. will pick it up tomorrow night!
