October 20, 200422 yr And for the 2nd straight year we have it. Red Sox at Yankees, game 7 of the ALCS, 1 game, do or die. Winner takes the AL flag, goes to the fall classic, loser goes home crying. Here's what's on the line (and no, the curse of the bambino is not on the line since that involves the red sox winning a world title ): 85 years of Yankee dominance over the Red Sox... The pride of the Yankees... The Red Sox chance to come back from down 3-0, and not only make history in doing that, but doing it against the Yankees, who have owned them forever... The hearts of both Yankee and Red Sox fans... Maybe the Red Sox best chance ever to not only beat New York, but to go on and win the world series... The chance for the dream matchup (maybe) of the Yankees vs. Roger Clemens and Houston..... The chance for the dream matchup (maybe of the Red Sox, trying to end their curse, against Roger Clemens and Houston The chance for the Red Sox to make up for (and then some) last year's game 7 disaster.... and oh so much more..... I don't know about you, but history is made tomorrow no matter who wins and I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!! :thumbup
October 20, 200422 yr Author Wouldn't a Roger Clemens vs. Red Sox matchup be just as viable? 596868[/snapback] Yep, let me add that... :cool
October 20, 200422 yr Better watch the Bridges in Boston cause there is gonna be a lot of jumping after they get smoked game 7....remember boston fans...your the Red Sox....your luck runs out.

The past decade they've become Cubs fans.

That whole inferiority complex thing defines them...
October 20, 200422 yr Going to be a great one...it's the thing everyone is talking about. It's amazing. Even most every girl round here plans on going to the bar or friends to watch it.
