Since you wont let things go and continue to demand answers....

Im still awaiting your response to this thread tonyi. Your assertions on copyright law was clear and strong. But you still havent given me the examples I request. Is it because you followed an argument you knew had no foundation and now have been called out on it?

And if ESPN didnt use it? In fact, before ESPN is ever invented, I write a comic that just has a guy holding a sign saying ESPN. You, without actually giving me caselaw, think I can exclude ESPN from being ESPN or registering ESPN.com?

If assertion is true, then why is it that various Hollywood celebs routinely win lawsuits to reclaim domain names that are similar to their names?

Give me a case where they won based on copyright law.

Don't push him, he might start ignoring you too. :plain

He needs to be able to pick and choose the questions he answers. I guess thats how the mind of someone who supports giving money to buying fertilizer before tutors for kids works.

What seems clear is that he made up an argument on an issue he had little knowledge on and got called out on it. Maybe he should stop criticizing Dan Rather.

Mollusk, now that he is ignoring you we can have a normal conversation among adults here. :thumbup

Artist rendering of Tonyi

A man who supports a candidate who wants to withdraw from Iraq immediately, yet feel we should see the operation through. A man who rather pay for fertilizer than an education for america's youth. A man who can not deal with people opposing his views.

I propose a plan we no longer respond to his posts or threads. If he can not give everyone a listen and take in points of views from opposing sides, then why even bother listen to him?

People who advocate a sitting president break current US law (OE 12333) don't strike me as terribly adult.

What is a terribly adult?
