edit: Appendix? It makes sense but it doesn't work...

i thought at first that maybe a book sleve is also called a book skirt....but i still couldn't think of anything

i dont get what you are supposed to with puzzle three? it doesnt ask you anything

 

all it asks is "are you colour blind?" wtf?
