I can't let UNC get all them threads without putting Duke's name in. If you watched this game tonight, you saw the difference between a well-coached team and a not-so-well-coached team. Eventually, Duke may get out-talented. But never outcoached. This team has enough leadership and intelligence to get to the Final Four, though it certainly won't be easy.

 

Can't wait til the UM-Duke game on Wednesday. I have no freaking clue who I'll root for. Probably both teams.

State sucks. Sendek is a horrible coach. That stupid Princeton offense they run is downright retarded. They always brag about how good they are defensively but I wasn't impressed tonight. I bet Hodge wishes he just woulda gone pro.

State was really in a must win situation tonight. They're pretty much screwed at this point. Duke weathered the initial State outburst, and then turned it around gradually.

 

I kind of agree with you, though. I don't have any clue why State was ranked so high at the beginning of the season. Hodge looks terrible this year.

Ewing played like a leader tonight and had alot of clutch drives.

 

I was happy to see us hit the FTs. Everyone contributed tonight, they are such a "team" right now and I love it.

 

Shavlik could be ready Sunday, and I think just the emotional lift he is going to give us is going to be tremendous. Hopefully Duke can weave its way through the "lesser" parts of the conference and be unscathed when the big boys come to town.

im impressed with how duke is playing with no depth and after losing deng and livingsten. thatll catch up with them, but coach k is still doing a heck of a job
