January 23, 200521 yr Minors to majors If the season is canceled, the Panthers might bring their AHL affiliate San Antonio Rampage into Office Depot Center for one or two games, sources say. On Jan. 12, the Blue Jackets brought their affiliate Syracuse Crunch into Columbus for a game against the Cleveland Barons. The Crunch won 1-0 in front of 13,102 at Nationwide Arena. Former Panthers play-by-play man Jeff Rimer called the game on television with new Blue Jackets partner Brian Engblom, whom Rimer admitted he nearly called "Denny" a couple of times -- as in his former Panthers color man of 11 years, Denis Potvin.
