How much were scalped world series tickets?

Mine were free! Greatest story ever...

I lived in broward from 90-97. Freshman year here at UNC (2003) my roomate is a big mets fan from NY. He picks up on the fact that I'm a huge marlins fan. As it becomes clear we're going to beat the pants of the Phils for the wild card he tells me his brother works for the Marlins and can get us seats to all 3 games at PPS if we get to the world series. The marlins and roomie came through. Best experience of my life. One game I sat about 30 rows from first base. Two other games up top on first base side but I was able to sneak around home plate for a few innings before every seat was full. :D

Wow, that's a really cool deal. Lucky you. I imagine the energy in that place was amazing after AGon hit his walk-off homerun in game 4, huh?

My personal favorite moment of the offseason, but the best moment from the home crowd was in game 5 of the NLCS when Beckett came to the plate in the bottom of the 8th (?) everyone was chanting "Beckett, Beckett, Beckett!" because he was just flat out dominating (in what I think Jayson Stark wrote a column about the greatest pitching performance ever while facing elimination)...now that's a moment.

Yea, that was ridiculous. The way it barely squeaked over the left field wall.

What pissed me off was Clemens. Every time he pitched with 2 outs late in the game the stadium was ablaze with camera flashes hoping to capture his last pitch. The big fat liar is still pitching today. We gave him a standing ovation too...
